KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:岗位职责：
? To support the implementation of Basic Education project activities, contributing to design, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation; 支持实施互满爱社区幼儿班项目，为项目设计、规划、预算、监督和评估做出贡献和支持。
? Provide technical support for project partners and monitor the progress of the project through regular project site visits; 为项目合作伙伴提供技术支持，并配合开展定期的项目现场访问监测项目进展;
? To support the Senior Project Officer in the planning and preparation of high quality donor reports and funding proposals.支持高级项目官员在项目计划，实施，项目合作伙伴报告等，同时在项目筹资方面进行必要的支持。
? To assist the Senior Project Officer in preparation of project budgets, financial reports and forecasts and in monitoring and strengthening financial accountability at project management level; 协助高级项目主管做好项目预算、财务报告和预测，并在项目管理层面监督和加强财务问责
? To assist and help local project solve issues/problems 帮助实地项目经理解决遇到的各种问题及困难，确保项目按照计划实施。
? Become aware of current policy and practices regarding rural education situation for children at national and provincial levels; 了解当前国家和省级儿童农村教育状况的政策和做法
? To support project director and the POF Team on the communications needs of the organization, helping with reports and case studies that will support fundraising or other needs;帮助项目主任及幼儿班项目团队在沟通交流方面，同时在报告，学习，筹款等方面进行必要的帮助
? To provide necessary support to other components within the whole organization when required.提供其它必要的帮助，在整个机构和其它项目的工作。
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 岗位要求
? A professional qualification at Bachelor level. e.g.  early education, health education, or social work; 本科以上学历。例如学前教育、健康教育或社会工作
? Ability to effectively communicate with people of different backgrounds, including in rural areas of project sites; 能够有效地与不同背景的人进行沟通，包括在项目地点的农村地区;
? Excellent professional and personal communication skills, and analytical skills; 优秀的专业和个人沟通技巧，分析能力
? Good report writing skills;良好的报告写作技巧
? Willing and be able to travel extensively and regularly to project sites 愿意并能够经常出差到项目地点
? Fluent Mandarin and Basic English both spoken and in written;流利普通话和基础英语口语和书面表达能
